Who we are

Drystone Collective is a marketing collective led by GoodYou Marketing. GoodYou Marketing operates this website and is responsible for the information you share through it.

What we collect

When you fill out our project form, we collect the details you choose to give us, which are your name, your email address, the service you're interested in and any note you add, along with basic information about how you reached our site, such as the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link.

When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device you use and your approximate location. It does not give us your name or contact details.

How we use it

We use your form details to reply to your inquiry, to scope your project and, where it helps, to introduce the partner firms in the collective whose specialties fit your needs. We use analytics data to improve the site and to understand which of our marketing works. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share your inquiry only with the partner firms we bring into your project, and only the details they need to scope it. We also rely on service providers to run the site and manage inquiries, including Netlify for hosting and form processing, HubSpot for our customer records, Google for analytics and Slack for internal notifications. These providers handle your information on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we're discussing or working on a project with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've given us by emailing us at the address below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and organizations, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
